By using Stir Genius (the "Service") — including the website at stirgenius.com and the iOS application — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
Stir Genius is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to reproduce, redistribute, or sell any content from the Service without our written permission.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account via our contact form.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any harm resulting from the consumption of alcohol. Please drink responsibly.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
